Each graduation lawn flag is custom-made using the graduate’s name, school name, and school colours. Because of the personalized nature of this product, all graduation flag sales are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled once production has started.
That said, we want you to be happy with your order. If your flag arrives damaged, defective, or with an error made on our end, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will review the concern and, where appropriate, provide a replacement.
Please double-check the spelling of the graduate’s name and school name before submitting your order. We are not responsible for customer-submitted spelling errors or incorrect information.
Colours may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to monitor settings and the printing process. School colours will be sourced online and matched as closely as possible.
Shipping & Local Pickup
Graduation lawn flags are made to order and will be ready within approximately 3–5 business days after your order details have been received.
Local Pickup or Uxbridge Delivery
Local pickup is available in Angus and is the recommended option for customers in the area. Once your order is ready, you will receive a pickup notification with the pickup details.
Please wait until you have received confirmation before coming to pick up your order.
If you are in the Uxbridge area, we will be delivering weekly until July 1, 2026.
Shipping
Shipping is available within Canada for an additional fee. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout or confirmed before your order is finalized.
Please note that delivery timelines are in addition to the production time. Periwinkle Lane is not responsible for carrier delays once your order has been shipped.
Packaging
Your graduation lawn flag will be packaged with care and includes the flag and black metal garden flag holder.
