How long does shipping take?
Most ready-made items are processed within 3–5 business days. Custom or personalized items may take longer depending on the product and proofing process. Once shipped, delivery times will vary based on the carrier and destination. You’ll receive tracking information when available.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. We offer free local pickup in the Angus area and free delivery to Uxbridge weekly until July 1, 2026.
What is the turnaround time for custom orders?
Most custom orders are completed within 7–14 business days, depending on the product, quantity, and approval process. For personalized items, production begins once the design details are confirmed and any required proof has been approved.
Can I see a proof before my custom order is made?
Yes, for most personalized or custom-designed items, a digital proof will be provided before production. Please review all names, dates, spelling, colours, and details carefully. Once a proof is approved, changes may not be possible.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Ready-made items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, as long as they are unused and in original condition. Custom or personalized items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or there was an error on our part.
How do I care for my Periwinkle Lane products?
Care instructions vary by product. For desk mats, mouse pads, and other neoprene items, gently spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh cleaners, soaking, or machine washing. For paper goods and banners, keep them dry and store flat or loosely rolled when not in use.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and work with you on a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
Do you offer custom designs?
Yes. Many Periwinkle Lane pieces can be personalized or customized. Send us a note with what you have in mind, and we’ll let you know what’s possible, the expected timeline, and any additional design cost.
